What we collect and why

We collect your name, contact details, organisation, area of interest, timing and message to review and respond to your enquiry and manage potential project relationships. We rely on our legitimate interests in handling relevant enquiries, or steps at your request before a potential contract where applicable. Optional email project updates rely on your separate consent.

Access and storage

Enquiries are stored using the website hosting platform and its database infrastructure, on the hosting account used by Phoenix. Access to the enquiry dashboard is restricted to the authorised Phoenix administrator. We do not sell your contact information. If specialist input is needed, we will discuss sharing your enquiry with the relevant project adviser.

Retention and your choices

We review inactive enquiries after 24 months and delete information that is no longer needed. Active discussions may be retained while relevant. You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to legitimate-interest processing, or withdraw update consent by emailing the contact above. Where applicable, you may also request restriction or portability and complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.

Please keep submissions relevant

Do not submit identity documents, sensitive personal information or confidential operational details. For future careers, provide a brief skills summary rather than a CV. A temporary hashed network identifier is used to limit repeated submissions and is deleted after its short abuse-prevention window.

No payment or visitor account is needed. Registering interest creates no contract, investment commitment or employment offer.
